Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Service Delivery Director (Data Centres) to lead global service delivery and operations for a strategic customer environment. You will head distributed technical teams and act as the executive sponsor for service delivery, ensuring safety, reliability, and alignment with business goals.

The role requires deep data centre expertise, strong customer engagement, and proven leadership across regions.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, power, cooling, and physical infrastructure.
Experience managing server lifecycle activities, hardware deployments, asset management, and break-fix operations.
Understanding of critical environment operations, infrastructure monitoring, automation, and operational resilience.
Strong knowledge of incident, change, problem, and service management practices.
ITIL certification or equivalent service management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global service delivery strategy for data centre operations in line with customer and business objectives.
Serve as a senior point of contact for customer stakeholders, building long-term trusted partnerships.
Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre services, including installations, maintenance, migrations, and decommissioning.
Oversee incident, problem, change, and capacity management processes.
Drive operational efficiency through standardisation, automation, and best practice adoption.
Lead major incident response and executive communications during critical service events.
