Job summary

NTT DATA Ireland is seeking a Data Delivery Director in Dublin to lead enterprise-scale data programmes. You will drive end-to-end delivery, balance commercial outcomes, and partner with data leaders, architects, engineers and consultants across the Data Practice.

You will shape deals, ensure governance and KPI alignment, and act as a trusted advisor to CxO stakeholders while guiding risk management and resourcing across globally distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership of data delivery teams and programs.
• Experience with multi-supplier data projects and enterprise-scale deliveries.
• Ability to engage and influence CxO stakeholders across organisations.
• Proven governance, risk management and financial management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale data, analytics and AI portfolios (30m+) with full accountability for delivery performance, governance, quality, and client & financial outcomes.
• Oversee multiple concurrent programmes and projects, ensuring alignment to client strategy and contractual commitments.
• Maintain a proactive, 'no surprises' delivery culture with strong forecasting, risk management, and transparent stakeholder reporting.
• Build and sustain trusted, senior-level relationships within organisations across market sectors.
• Own programme financial performance, including budget control, margin management, forecasting, and cost modelling.
