Job summary

Paysafe, a leading payments platform, seeks an Executive Assistant to the Chief Risk Officer in a hybrid Dublin role. You will manage complex calendars, prepare governance materials, and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives across Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of C‑suite support experience, strong communication, and impeccable discretion, with the ability to work across time zones and with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years' proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
• Experience supporting Risk, Compliance, Legal, Governance, or Financial Services functions is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and coordinate with international stakeholders.
• Discretion and professionalism handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage the highly complex calendar of the Chief Risk Officer and coordinate meetings.
• Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts across a global network.
• Act as gatekeeper for executive time, ensuring efficient information flow.
• Coordinate Risk Leadership Team meetings, governance forums, and board materials.
• Arrange complex domestic and international travel for the CRO.
• Prepare presentations and risk committee materials with high accuracy.
