Qualifications
Previous experience as an Assistant Executive Accommodation Manager.
Experience in a 5-star environment is advantageous.
Fluency in English, both oral and written.
Flexibility in working hours.
Responsibilities
Monitor the Accommodation Teams for service standards.
Allocate and oversee Accommodation team duties.
Inspect all serviced rooms daily.
Develop relationships with relevant departments.
Assist with purchasing housekeeping supplies.
Train new team members to required standards.
Uphold cleanliness, health & safety standards.
Fulfill guest requests efficiently.
Report maintenance issues promptly.
Update Time & Attendance system when required.
Monitor daily tasks regarding key control.
Promote a positive working atmosphere.
Participate in provided training.
