Job summary

Talbot Hotel Stillorgan, part of the Talbot Collection, is recruiting an Executive Accommodation Manager to lead the Accommodation Manager and the accommodation department, with full accountability for performance and KPI achievement.

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will drive standards across rooms, public areas, laundry and training. They will foster a positive team culture and deliver an exceptional guest experience daily.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading and managing a busy accommodation department (120+ rooms) in a 4* hotel.
• Proven track record achieving departmental KPIs: room standards, HPOC, CPOR, room revenue per labour hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accommodation manager and accommodation team to achieve all departmental KPI's including room standards, productivity, employee retention and wage percentage.
• Take full ownership for the department's performance across public areas, laundry and rooms.
• Ensure efficient SOPs are in place within the department and support effective training/onboarding for new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-centred culture and drive continuous improvement within the department.
• Build strong relations with senior management across fronts of house, maintenance and operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
