Competenze

• 3+ years experience in mid- to large scale corporate event logistics & production.
• Proven experience managing event program elements from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Experience managing event budgets.
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable and flexible.
• Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively.
• Collaborative team player in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel 15%.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute Veeva’s major customer conferences and internal field kickoff across Europe.
• Manage hotels, F&B, registration, welcome receptions, evening events, meetings, etc., end-to-end.
• Ensure high-quality service and timely delivery of all event components and materials.
• Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and agencies with senior team members.
• Drive cross-functional workstreams, keep timelines and stakeholders aligned.
• Review contracts, identify gaps, draft edits with senior team and legal.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and invoice reconciliation, including YoY cost-per-head analysis.
• Build and maintain spreadsheets, forms, project plans, and presentations for event planning.
