Veeva Systems seeks leaders with consulting and system implementation experience to optimize regulatory data and document management for life sciences clients. You will design and configure our cloud-based Vault RIM platform and manage projects across global customers, with remote options within the EU/UK for eligible applicants.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, configuring solutions, and coordinating cross-functional teams, while traveling as required by the role.

The Role

Veeva Systems is looking for individual leaders with consulting and system implementation experience and a passion for helping customers optimize their regulatory data and document management processes.

Veeva's Vault RIM suite is the industry's only unified software solution that provides fully integrated regulatory information management (RIM) capabilities, including data and document management, submission publishing, and archival on a single cloud-based platform.

As a member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for understanding our customers' global regulatory needs, translating requirements into solution design, and configuring our cloud-based solution for managing regulatory information across the enterprise.

There is no work location requirement (remote position) within the EU/UK if a candidate is in close proximity to an airport and able to meet travel requirements. Qualified EU/UK-based candidates are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Implement software and design solutions with our Veeva Regulatory suite (Veeva Registrations, Veeva Submissions, Veeva Submissions Archive, Veeva Submissions Publishing) at life sciences customers
• Lead configuration requirements workshops, design, and document, as well as prototype and deploy solutions
• Program and project management, including resource planning, leading and motivating a cross-functional team
• Communicate between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years in technology implementation services, in life sciences or healthcare
• Technical abilities and willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to design, configure and implement a RIM solution
• Ability to collaborate and communicate excellently with diverse stakeholders
• Team player with strong organization skills and an ability to work hard in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel as required by the business

Nice to Have

• Consulting experience, working with a major system integrator or software vendor
• Knowledge of drug development, Regulatory Affairs, or Regulatory Operations
• Experience in life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements
• Fluency in one or more of the following languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian

• Once you complete the assessment, our team will review your full application package and follow up via email with our decision.
• If moving to the interview stage, the process is as follows:
  1. A conversation with the hiring manager
  2. A practical case exercise
  3. A final conversation with our group's Senior Leader.
• Once all interviews are complete, the manager will be in touch with a final decision.

Compensation

• Total compensation: 50,000 - 110,000 EUR
• The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
