Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a senior Lead Consultant in Ireland to drive large-scale IT projects within our Professional Services team. You will lead enterprise implementations, manage multi-year programs, and build strong customer relationships across global teams.

You will guide adoption of industry best practices, leverage your Life Sciences software experience, and empower customers with best-of-breed cloud-based technology to accelerate value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management, leading large-scale system implementations.
• Experience delivering enterprise projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication with senior/executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to design and implement governance models for large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Lead a key enterprise customer in IT operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud suite.
• Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program with resource planning and forecasting.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison, managing communications between project team, customer, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee customer release management and IT operations for Quality Cloud suite.
• Mentor project teams and drive post-implementation continuous improvement.
