Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a senior Lead Consultant to head a multi-year global implementation, leading a team and serving as the primary liaison to a key enterprise customer. You will drive IT operations and adoption of Veeva Quality Cloud, guiding best practices and agile delivery.

You will apply your Life Sciences software implementation and program management experience to empower customers and deliver value. This role supports remote/work-from-home flexibility in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management with a proven track record of leading system implementation projects.
• Experience leading large-scale Enterprise projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with senior/executive stakeholders.
• Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a key enterprise customer in the IT Operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud suite.
• Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program across resources, teams, and timelines.
• Act as the primary customer liaison, managing all communications between project team, customer, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations for Veeva Quality Cloud suite.
• Analyze customer requirements and features to develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps.
• Mentor project teams and junior consultants within the Quality Services organization.
