Job description

We're looking for an energetic, creative and commercially minded Events & Hospitality Manager to lead a dynamic year-round programme of events and visitor experiences.

This role goes beyond traditional event management, encompassing weddings, festivals, seasonal celebrations, corporate events, food and beverage activations, food trucks and bespoke experiences. You will be responsible for creating and delivering memorable events that drive visitor engagement, revenue and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver a year-round calendar of events, including weddings, festivals, corporate functions and seasonal experiences (Halloween, Christmas, Easter and summer programmes).
  • Develop innovative event concepts that attract new audiences and encourage repeat visits.
  • Manage events from concept and budgeting through to delivery and post-event review.
  • Lead food and beverage experiences, including food trucks, pop-ups and outdoor catering.
  • Drive commercial performance through budget management, revenue generation and event profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and build visitor engagement.
  • Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality, customer experience, health & safety and compliance.
About You
  • Proven experience in events, hospitality, tourism, visitor attractions, festivals, weddings or a similar environment.
  • Strong track record of delivering events from concept to completion.
  • Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and driving revenue.
  • Highly organised with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative, proactive and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.

Experience with large-scale outdoor events, food festivals, weddings, food trucks or seasonal attractions is highly desirable.
