You will conceive concepts, plan budgets, and deliver high-quality hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in events, hospitality, or visitor attractions.
• Strong track record delivering events from concept to completion.
• Commercially aware with budget management and revenue driving.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a year-round calendar of events, including weddings, festivals, corporate functions and seasonal experiences.
• Develop innovative event concepts that attract new audiences and encourage repeat visits.
• Manage events from concept and budgeting through to delivery and post-event review.
• Lead food and beverage experiences, including food trucks, pop-ups and outdoor catering.
• Drive commercial performance through budget management, revenue generation and event profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and build visitor engagement.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, customer experience, health & safety and compliance.
