About the Role:

Transport Manager

• Location: Dublin Airport Business Park, Cloghran, Co. Dublin
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts (8:00am to 5:00pm) & (9:00am to 6:00pm), with flexibility required to support operational needs

Coll-8, part of the Evri Group, is seeking an experienced Transport Manager to join our growing logistics operation based in Dublin Airport Business Park. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised transport professional to lead transport planning and delivery operations across Ireland and the UK. You'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of freight, managing transport schedules, and maintaining excellent service levels for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate domestic and international deliveries across Ireland and the UK.
• Manage linehaul operations and daily transport schedules.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Customs, and Operational teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hauliers, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor transport performance and ensure service commitments are achieved.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, reports, and transport documentation.
• Proactively resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Support a safe, compliant, and customer-focused transport operation.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years' experience in a Transport Manager, Transport Planner, Logistics Manager, or similar role.
• Full clean Category B Driving Licence.

Required Skills

• Previous experience managing multi-drop driver operations is essential.
• Strong route planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent geographical knowledge of Ireland.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• A hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
