Job summary

SuperValu Celbridge is seeking a capable Store Manager to run daily operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure fresh, high-quality customer service in a busy grocery environment. You will lead by example, monitor KPIs and margins, and ensure the correct range and planograms are in place.

This full-time role requires 39 hours per week with weekend work and late openings. Strong Excel skills and a passion for grocery retail are essential for success in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a management position.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience balancing cash/tills.
• KPI and targets achievement skills.
• Commercial mindset and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Job description

Main purpose of the role: Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively and provide our customers with the very best customer service and fresh food offering at all times in a clean, safe environment. To deliver on key store targets (sales and profitability) through effective management of people and operations.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Minimum 2 years€,, experience in a management position;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
• Experience balancing cash/tills;
• Highly driven with a strong work ethic;
• An understanding of how to achieve KPIs and targets;
• Commerciality and brand awareness;

About the locality:

FULL TIME ONLY APPLICANTS - 39 HOURS PER WEEK.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK UNTIL 9.30PM

WILL ALSO INCLUDE SOME WEEKENDS.
