The role requires strong knowledge of GMP, total quality management, and documentation controls, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward operational excellence in a global medtech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing and operations
• Extensive experience in manufacturing leadership and management
• Knowledge of GMP and Total Quality Management practices
• Familiarity with quality documentation and change control processes
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction for the manufacturing process to meet profitability goals.
• Collaborate with management to determine production priorities and standards.
• Manage operations to ensure production needs are met and resources are available for peak performance.
• Assist in new product introductions and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation reviews; author procedures as needed.
