Job summary

Ballymaguire Foods in Lusk, Co. Dublin is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production plans under the supervision of the Low Care Manager.

You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to specifications, quality and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across the production life cycle. Responsibilities include cross-functional planning, coordinating with the QA team to maintain HACCP and customer standards, and delivering actionable short- and mid-term production plans.

Qualifications

• Leaving Cert qualification or related on the job experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise production activities to meet business demands.
• Collaborate with factory teams for planning and timely production.
• Ensure production safety and quality standards are met.
• Work with QA to meet HACCP and customer requirements.
• Monitor production and product standards; address non-conformances.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and report hazards.
• Provide leadership, coaching and training to the production team.
