Qualifications

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Leaders and production staff to achieve daily targets.
• Plan, organise and monitor daily production activities.
• Manage staffing levels and adjust rosters based on operational needs.
• Monitor machine and operator performance.
• Record hourly outputs and issue daily production reports.
• Coordinate workflow to meet customer deadlines.
• Allocate labour effectively and ensure coverage.
• Monitor attendance and payroll accuracy.
• Ensure training records are up to date.
• Support HR with investigations as needed.
• Maintain quality standards and audit compliance.
• Promote Health & Safety standards.
