Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking an Associate Assembler in Ireland to assemble components into finished medical devices, following established drawings and work instructions. The role requires careful attention to detail, adherence to SOPs, and accurate data entry in manufacturing systems.

You will work a late shift (4:30pm–3am, with Thursday finishing at 2am) and contribute to clean-room processes, line clearance, and continuous improvement within a collaborative manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and dexterity.
• Ability to follow work instructions and SOPs.
• Good communication in English and ability to read instructions.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components into finished medical devices following drawings and work instructions.
• Perform line clearance and ensure stations are clean before shifts and transitions.
• Enter parts status data and maintain traceability in manufacturing data systems.
• Monitor equipment and report issues to supervisor for corrective action.
• Maintain regular attendance and work a full shift (8 hours or longer).
• Perform general housekeeping in the work area.
