Job summary

Collins McNicholas Group is seeking a Production Operative II for the Evening Shift (Mon–Thu) in Galway. The role involves assembling medical devices on a rotating line, conducting on-line checks, and supporting change-overs with a focus on quality and safety. A shift allowance applies to the hourly rate.

The candidate will perform various assembly tasks, visually inspect products, and work as part of a team to meet line rates. Overtime may be required to support production goals.

Qualifications

• Dexterity for varied assembly tasks requiring precision and fine motor skills.
• Ability to rotate through the assembly line and work in a team.
• Attention to detail when inspecting products and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical products on an assembly line with rotating tasks.
• Perform on-line and in-process visual inspection to meet specs.
• Assist with product and machine change-overs and ensure quality.
• Reject products outside specifications and adhere to safety standards.
• Operate testing equipment as required and work overtime if needed.
