Job summary

CPL Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for an evening shift in Galway. You will be the first contact for Customers and Brand Partners, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Ideal candidates have native language skills, fluent English, and prior customer service experience. You will respond via phone, email, and live chat, handling orders, refunds, and commissions while maintaining high professionalism.

Qualifications

• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in network marketing or direct sales.
• Strong communications skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support regarding products, orders, policies, and compensation plans.
• Respond promptly to Brand Partner and Customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Address and resolve concerns related to orders, product information, refunds, commissions, and account issues.
• Handle product complaints and ensure prompt resolution following company policies.
• Provide clear guidance on company policies, promotions, and compensation plans.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, business models, and compliance guidelines.
• Process refunds, exchanges, and adjustments per policies.
• Document customer interactions accurately and escalate complex issues.
• Assist Brand Partners with back-office systems and understanding earnings and orders.
• Represent the company professionally and collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless experience.
