Job summary

eBay, a global ecommerce leader, is seeking a Pan-European Onboarding Advisor based in the Republic of Ireland. You will guide high-potential merchants from account setup to first verified GMV, collaborating with Europe-based Business Development teams to accelerate onboarding and growth.

You will build relationships with merchants, manage activation milestones, and address technical, operational, and compliance barriers, enabling faster value realization on the platform.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in e-commerce, account management, sales onboarding, or similar customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to meet performance goals and manage sales funnels, activation, and pipeline.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for multi-activation work.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide merchants through a structured onboarding journey from account setup to first verified GMV.
• Manage activation pipelines, milestones, and performance reviews.
• Build trusted relationships and resolve technical, operational, and compliance barriers.
• Document customer interactions and monitor onboarding progress in systems.
• Provide consultative support on marketplace growth, cross-border shipping, and billing setup.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Vertical Managers to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
