Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with practice across multiple European jurisdictions.
• Experience advising employers in Europe on complex employment issues.
• Familiarity with works councils and cross-border compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise HR and leadership on employment issues across six jurisdictions (Germany, Italy, NL, France, Luxembourg, CH).
• Support restructurings, redundancies, transfers, executive matters, and investigations.
• Draft and negotiate employment, separation, and executive compensation agreements.
• Provide cross-border guidance on mobility, remote work, and worker classification.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Global People teams; monitor developments.
