eBay Inc. in Ireland seeks an Employment Counsel, EMEA to advise HR and leadership on complex employment issues across Germany, Italy, the NL, France, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. You will handle restructurings, investigations, and cross-border mobility with internal partners and external counsel.

You will draft agreements, counsel on employee relations, and monitor evolving EU and local laws, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions in a fast-paced tech environment.

• Qualified lawyer with practice across multiple European jurisdictions.
• Experience advising employers in Europe on complex employment issues.
• Familiarity with works councils and cross-border compliance.

Mansioni

• Advise HR and leadership on employment issues across six jurisdictions (Germany, Italy, NL, France, Luxembourg, CH).
• Support restructurings, redundancies, transfers, executive matters, and investigations.
• Draft and negotiate employment, separation, and executive compensation agreements.
• Provide cross-border guidance on mobility, remote work, and worker classification.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Global People teams; monitor developments.
