Job summary

Enterpryze ERP in Ireland is seeking a Customer onboarding consultant to guide new customers through a successful implementation and adoption of our cloud-native ERP platform. You will work closely with customers to understand their business processes, configure onboarding projects, provide training, and ensure customers are confident and ready to use the platform.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in onboarding, implementation consulting, or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud software, ERP or financial systems.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding journey for new customers from initial handover through to successful go-live.
• Build strong relationships with customers and act as their primary onboarding contact.
• Understand customer business processes, requirements, objectives and challenges.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate into customer requirements.
• Configure the platform in line with agreed customer requirements.
• Coordinate data migration, integrations, testing and other implementation activities as required.
• Develop and manage onboarding plans as per customer requirements and milestones.
• Deliver training sessions, demonstrations and workshops.
• Support the customer through user acceptance testing and go-live preparation.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies and scope changes and ensure these are managed effectively.
• Work closely with product, customer success, support and sales teams to resolve customer requirements and issues.
• Ensure customers reach agreed-onboarding outcomes and are successfully transitioned to the Customer success team.
