Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Manager, Product and Pipeline Communications for Europe and Canada. You will lead country priorities, develop strategies, and partner with Commercial, Clinical, and Medical Affairs teams to protect and advance Regeneron’s scientific communications.

The role focuses on in-country stakeholder programs, media relations, and risk assessment within a hybrid model across Madrid, Uxbridge, or Dublin. Fluency in French and English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 7–9+ years’ relevant experience.
• 3+ years’ product and/or pipeline communications experience.
• Global, regional, and in-country communications expertise within Europe.
• Understanding of EU regulatory, commercial, and legal pharmaceutical communications.
• Fluency in French and English mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-country communications priorities, strategies, and processes.
• Develop country-level strategies for stakeholder communications programs.
• Partner with Commercial, Clinical, and Medical Affairs teams.
• Manage media relations, medical congress support, and milestone communications.
• Identify communications risks and recommend appropriate response strategies.
• Shape Corporate Affairs strategies with regional insights and local updates.
• Advise cross-functional partners with sound judgement and clarity.
