Regeneron Ireland is seeking a Senior Director to join the Global Patient Safety team in a hybrid setting. You will lead safety strategy, oversee safety reporting, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across the organization to ensure robust risk management for assigned compounds.

The role requires extensive pharmacovigilance expertise, senior leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence matrix teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years of pharmacovigilance and/or medical experience with a listed degree.
• Ten-plus years' pharmacovigilance/medical experience or equivalent in lieu of a listed degree.
• Ability to influence colleagues across matrix teams, including senior management.

Responsabilités

• Lead assigned-compound safety activities: surveillance, signal management, lifecycle safety communications, benefit-risk assessment and regulatory responses.
• Oversee Development Safety Update Reports, Periodic Safety Update Reports, development Risk Management Plans and Risk Management Plans.
• Review Investigator Brochures, protocols and clinical study reports.
• Chair the Safety Management/Monitoring Team and coordinate cross-functional safety efforts.
• Represent safety on Strategic Program Team, Safety Oversight Committee, IDMCs and CRO teams.
• Develop non-compound safety strategies and mechanism-of-action planning; mentor junior safety scientists.
