Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Programme Director, Europe, to lead large-scale transformation across the European business. This senior role reports to the Head of Change and drives delivery of strategic initiatives with disciplined governance and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with executive management, operations, technology and risk to ensure programmes are well governed, sequenced and delivering customer, regulatory and business benefits at pace.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong governance, risk, and benefits realization capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multi-entity environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead major European transformation programmes with clear scope, milestones and benefits.
• Translate strategy into executable delivery plans with dependencies and risks.
• Provide concise reporting on progress, risks and decisions to executives.
• Establish robust governance, forums, and escalation pathways for delivery controls.
• Coach and develop delivery capability across Europe.
