SystemsAccountants partners with a globally recognised consulting firm based in Ireland to recruit a Director for the Finance Transformation practice.

You will lead strategy, drive growth, and manage C-suite relationships while delivering multi-workstream finance programmes across ERP, EPM and analytics platforms.

This hybrid role offers senior leadership across major client engagements and strong opportunities for impact and career progression.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in finance transformation or consulting.
• Proven track record in business development, origination, pursuit and closure of large engagements.
• Experience leading complex transformation programmes from strategy to execution across multiple sectors.
• Deep understanding of finance processes, operating models and enabling technologies (ERP, EPM, analytics).
• Strong C-suite relationship management with commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and lead growth of the Finance Transformation practice.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders to drive transformation.
• Oversee delivery of multi-workstream programmes across ERP/EPM/analytics.
• Drive account growth from opportunities to closing deals.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to market eminence.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams in a global context.
