Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Program Lead in Ireland/UK to drive corporate change initiatives across Global Markets and Investment Banking Operations. You will plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines, aligning with regulatory standards.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and report to senior stakeholders while pursuing ongoing process improvement and change adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in project and programme management within Global Markets Investment Banking Capital Markets.
• Experience delivering settlements, trade lifecycle management, platform migrations, regulatory change, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Able to manage stakeholders across front office, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new change initiatives.
• Develop program plans, track milestones, and prepare governance materials.
• Deliver senior stakeholder reporting and manage risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with sponsors, operations, tech, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement, leverage AI/automation for reporting and decision-making.
• Support change adoption across Global Markets and Investment Banking.
