Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior leader to oversee POS Vendor Management and Inventory & Deployment across Europe. You will own performance, budgets, and roadmaps, driving efficiency through digitisation and automation.

The role involves leading experienced managers, partnering with product, sales, finance and risk teams, and presenting to senior leaders. Hybrid work with on-site days is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' people leadership experience (managers/senior staff).
• Proven track record delivering strategic targets.
• Extensive vendor management and commercial negotiation experience.
• POS inventory and deployment expertise across multiple markets.
• Strong CapEx/OpEx planning, forecasting and cost control.
• Experience driving automation and digitisation of processes.
• Knowledge of vendor contracts and legal language.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for senior leaders.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with POS products; payments or financial services is a plus.
• Fluent English; Polish an asset.

Responsibilities

• Own POS vendor performance, commercial management and risk (TPRM).
• Lead deployment vendor reviews and negotiations; drive improvements for customer satisfaction.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding of new hardware suppliers across Europe.
• Own European CapEx/OpEx planning and end-to-end forecasting.
• Drive inventory accuracy, ordering, distribution and consumables management.
• Champion automation-first approaches and continuous improvement.
