Job summary

Life Scientific Ltd. in Dublin seeks a Marketing Coordinator Europe to translate agronomy inputs into reader-friendly copy, maintain a multi-market calendar, and deliver consistent marketing outputs.

You’ll sit with the Head of Marketing, shaping regional campaigns and materials to support distributors and retailers across Europe. You’ll own content calendars, coordinate campaigns, and ensure materials travel well between markets.

Qualifications

• Two to four years in marketing delivery, ideally in B2B or agriculture.
• Strong writer and editor who can make technical content clear and engaging.
• Very organized with ability to manage calendars across multiple markets.
• Ability to discuss marketing spend in commercial terms.
• Confidence to present plans to senior commercial colleagues.
• Experience coordinating agencies and suppliers.
• Second European language is advantageous.
• Interest in scaling capability with technology.

Responsibilities

• Roll out global and regional campaigns, including localization and cohesion.
• Support local sales activation campaigns and related materials.
• Provide distributors/retailers with enablement materials and offers.
• Coordinate seasonal/product promotions across markets.
• Own editorial content, social, and European content calendars.
• Keep regional website content up to date and write blog content.
• Turn marketing activity into visible plans and results.
• Be the single entry point for European growth objectives and requests.
• Group needs to solve common problems and schedule work accordingly.
• Create reusable templates and briefing formats for market use.
• Build a knowledge library to reuse proven work.
• Collaborate with country teams and marketing leads across functions.
• Direct time and spend by commercial priority and participate across regions.
• Develop and run the annual European activity calendar and reporting.
