Life Scientific Ltd. in Dublin seeks a Marketing Coordinator Europe to translate agronomy inputs into reader-friendly copy, maintain a multi-market calendar, and deliver consistent marketing outputs.
You’ll sit with the Head of Marketing, shaping regional campaigns and materials to support distributors and retailers across Europe. You’ll own content calendars, coordinate campaigns, and ensure materials travel well between markets.
One brand. Many markets. Every one of them is a little different.
A campaign built in Dublin has to work for a distributor in France, a retailer in Spain, and a grower checking his phone between fields in Romania. It has to fit their language and their season, and it has to help someone sell. That's the job: making good marketing travel.
Life Scientific operates in a $250 billion global crop protection market. We reverse-engineer off-patent products with real scientific rigor, and we sell them through distributors and partners who need to understand why our products are worth backing. Independently owned and fiercely ambitious, we're scaling fast across Europe and North America.
Global Marketing owns how Life Scientific shows up at every touchpoint - growers, distributors, and partners - in every market we sell into. Strategy is set globally, and regions bring it to life. Marketing here is a commercial function. The work is judged on how it helps grow our share.
We combine the pace of a start-up with the discipline of a scale-up. No politics. No passengers.
Europe is our established region, and we want our marketing there to match it. That means someone who can take a technical input from an agronomist and turn it into copy a grower will actually read. Someone who keeps a multi-market calendar accurate without being chased. Someone whose first response to a request is to check whether it's already been built, and who would rather make something once, properly, than five times in a hurry.
You’ll sit in Dublin alongside the Head of Marketing, close to the decisions and to the people making them.
Sound like you?
Landing global and regional brand and seasonal campaigns in market: scheduling, localisation, adaptation and cohesion.
Supporting local sales activation campaigns and the materials behind them
Equipping distributors and retail partners to sell our products on, with the right materials, offers and enablement
Coordinating seasonal and product promotions across markets. Where the promotion can't travel, the materials usually can
Owning editorial content, social and European content, and activation calendar
Keeping regional website content current
Writing and editing blog and campaign content with agronomy and country colleagues as subject‑matter experts
Making marketing's plans, activity, and results visible across the business
Acting as the single point of entry for European markets' growth objectives, demand creation needs, and requests
Working with country teams to establish what they're trying to achieve before deciding what to make
Grouping related needs so a common problem gets solved once, not several times
Checking requests against the plan and the commercial goal behind them, scheduling what fits and escalating what needs a bigger call
Turning what works into templates, campaign kits, and briefing formats that country teams can pick up and run with
Keeping a library of what already exists, so the first answer to a request is often "we've already built that."
Building for the second market: anything made for one country should be adaptable by the next, not rebuilt
Partnering day to day with in-market sales and marketing contacts in each country
Collaborating with the Product Marketing Lead, the Creative & Design Lead, and the Commercial Intelligence Group
Directing time and spend according to commercial priority, not request volume
Working as one team with North America and the wider function: bringing proven work in and passing European work out in a form others can reuse
Building and running the annual activity calendar across European markets
Reporting monthly on activity, spend and performance
Connecting activity back to its commercial purpose, and saying so clearly
Two to four years in marketing delivery, ideally in B2B or agriculture. Strong candidates from adjacent sectors are very welcome
A strong writer and editor in English who can make technical content clear and compelling
Someone highly organised who can run a calendar across multiple markets and keep it accurate
An understanding that marketing spend has to earn its place commercially, and the ability to talk about the work in those terms
The confidence to work with senior commercial colleagues and bring them a plan rather than a question
Experience coordinating agencies and suppliers
A second European language is a real advantage.
Technical competency and appetite to find ways to scale capability with technology.
At Life Scientific, we're committed to building diverse and inclusive teams. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. What matters most is expertise, drive, and the desire to do great work.
