Job summary

Cpl is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end European pharmaceutical supply chain operations. You will oversee relationships with CMOs, logistics providers, warehouses and distributors, and partner with General Managers and leadership teams across Europe.

The role requires extensive pharma supply chain experience, GMP/GDP knowledge, and strong cross‑functional collaboration to ensure continuous supply and optimal inventory across markets. Hybrid work with Dublin office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of supply chain leadership experience in pharma/biotech.
• Proven experience managing European supply chains across multiple markets.
• Solid understanding of GMP and GDP requirements.
• Experience working with CMOs, logistics providers and distributors.
• Knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems.

You'll manage strategic relationships with CMOs, logistics providers, warehousing partners and distributors, and act as key supply chain partner to General Managers and leadership teams across Europe.

Hybrid work, with 1 day in the office in Dublin.

We're seeking a senior pharmaceutical Supply Chain leader to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across European markets — from external manufacturing through to distribution and patients. You'll manage strategic relationships with CMOs, logistics providers, warehousing partners and distributors, and act as key supply chain partner to General Managers and leadership teams across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end European supply chain operations, ensuring continuity of supply and optimal inventory levels
• Manage relationships with CMOs, warehouses, logistics and distribution partners
• Oversee supply planning, aligning commercial forecasts, manufacturing and inventory strategies
• Monitor supplier/logistics performance against quality, service, delivery and cost objectives
• Lead resolution of critical supply issues and risks
• Manage the Supply Chain budget
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Legal and Finance
• Support product launches, lifecycle management and serialization activities
• Drive continuous improvement across the supply chain network

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' Supply Chain experience in pharma, biotech or specialty healthcare
• Proven experience managing European supply chains across multiple markets
• Strong track record with CMOs, logistics providers and distribution partners
• Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or another scientific discipline preferred
• Solid understanding of GMP and GDP requirements
• Experience managing budgets and supply-chain financial activities
• Knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems
• Fluent English

Preferred: Rare Diseases, Specialty Pharma, Biotechnology or Oncology experience; outsourced manufacturing/virtual pharma exposure; serialization and launch experience; additional European languages.
