The role focuses on data integrity, onboarding/offboarding, and Workday training, contributing to a positive employee experience within a collaborative, high-performance HR team.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or an interest in pursuing one.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HRIS, ideally Workday and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborative style and thrives in working in a team based environment and supporting others to achieve HR and business goals.
• A strong customer focus and employee experience mindset.

Responsibilities

• HR Administration: support the HR team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain HR archive with organized filing and record-keeping.
• Manage benefits programs and respond to employee queries.
• Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate HR data for payroll processing.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: facilitate smooth processes and access.
• Data Management: maintain employee records in Workday with confidentiality.
• Workday: provide training and support to staff on Workday.
• Documentation: create and update HR procedures and docs.
• Process Improvement: identify and implement HR process enhancements.
• Compliance Monitoring: ensure HR practices meet legal requirements and perform audits.
• Reporting and Analysis: generate HR reports from Workday and analyze trends.
