Job summary

PFH Technology Group is seeking a Technical Presales Specialist to join our growing Digital Workspace team in Cork. You will serve as the primary technical authority throughout the sales cycle, translating customer requirements into compelling solutions and partnering with the Commercial Sales Director for EUC to form a high-performing technical-sales pairing.

Own the technical content for bids and tenders, deliver engaging workshops and demonstrations, and maintain current OEM certifications

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical presales or IT consultancy focused on end user devices.
• Strong knowledge of commercial PC hardware across HP, Lenovo, Dell, and Microsoft Surface.
• Experience with Windows imaging and modern deployment technologies: SCCM/MECM, Windows Autopilot (including white-glove provisioning), MDT.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of end user device trends across major OEMs.
• Provide technical depth behind opportunities and respond to ITT, RFP, and RFI documentation.
• Lead technical discovery and design end-to-end device solutions for clients.
• Produce technical documentation and bid content.
• Deliver workshops and product demonstrations on-site, remotely, and at events.
