Job summary

PFH Technology Group, Cork-based hybrid role, seeks a Technical Presales Specialist to lead technical depth across end-user devices and digital workspace opportunities. Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical presales, solutions architecture, or IT consultancy role focused on end-user devices or enterprise endpoints.
• Strong knowledge of commercial PC hardware across leading vendors and Surface devices.
• Hands-on experience with Windows imaging and deployment technologies (SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, MDT).
• Understanding of modern endpoint management platforms (Intune, Endpoint Manager, Workspace One).
• Familiarity with enterprise security principles (BitLocker, TPM, Secure Boot, Zero Trust).
• Ability to author detailed, technically precise responses to ITT, RFP, and RFI documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customers to understand endpoint requirements and SLAs.
• Design end-to-end device solutions including imaging standards and Autopilot workflows.
• Collaborate with Cork build and configuration centre to ensure operational deliverability within SLAs.
• Produce BOMs, solution design docs, POC proposals and compliance matrices.
• Deliver technical workshops, demonstrations, and presentations on-site or remotely.
