Job summary

Ergo IT Recruitment Services is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect to act as the architectural North Star for a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will collaborate with Account Directors to map business outcomes to technology across Cloud, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services, delivering high-quality SoWs, HLDs and proposals.

This client-facing role requires a strategic mindset, senior presales experience (10+ years), and the gravitas to engage C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting role.
• Proven expertise across Public/Hybrid Cloud, Modern Networking, Cybersecurity frameworks, and Managed Service operations.
• Strategic mindset with ability to pivot from problem-solving to enabling business outcomes.
• Exceptional presentation skills and C-level gravitas.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Trusted Advisor for a portfolio of high-value Focus Accounts and align business goals with technology.
• Develop multi-year Technology Roadmaps that fuse Managed Services with Transformation initiatives.
• Support Account Directors in strategic quarterly business reviews and ROI opportunities.
• Lead discovery and design phases for multi-vendor solutions across Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, EUC and Digital technologies.
• Create high-quality SoW, High-Level Designs (HLD), and technical proposals for core and non-core offerings.
• Collaborate with Presales SME Solution Architects to prepare proposals and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Size, scope and price Managed Services proposals within existing client bases.
• Provide guidance and peer reviews for junior staff and stay current with industry trends.
