Job summary

Matchtech Group seeks an experienced M&E Project Manager to lead and take full accountability for work packages on major hyperscale data centre projects across Finland, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands. You will own M&E packages from pre-construction through commissioning, interfacing with clients on-site and guiding offsite manufacturing, supply chain, and RAMS approval.

Qualifications

• EU Passport required.
• Experience delivering hyperscale data centre projects.
• Willingness to work a 10/4 rotation across European sites.
• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or Project Management.
• Experience with NEC/FIDIC or JCT contracts and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&E packages on hyperscale sites to deliver on time and within budget.
• Own project budgets, cost forecasting, variations, and valuations.
• Serve as primary client interface with contractors and internal teams.
• Oversee offsite modular skids integration with on-site installation.
• Drive procurement, manage subcontractors and equipment vendors.
• Direct pre-commissioning, testing, and client handover activities.
