Job summary

Fohntech Group seeks an experienced MEP Project Director to lead end-to-end delivery of MEP systems for hyperscale data centre projects, based in Finland with a rotation plan. You will oversee design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and vendors while ensuring Nordic regulations and Tier III/IV standards are met.

Fohntech Group are looking for an experienced MEP Project Director for a client based in Finland

This role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of all MEP systems on hyperscale data centre projects, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and client requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP delivery across design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover
• Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors
• Oversee critical systems (power, cooling, BMS/DCIM)

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering
• 5+ years’ MEP experience on large-scale projects
• Strong data centre or mission-critical experience
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Nordic project experience
• LEED/BREEAM knowledge
