Global Professional Consultants seeks a Design Manager to lead design coordination on a hyperscale data centre project in Finland. You will coordinate client, internal and external design teams to keep development on the programme and run design workshops to resolve technical issues ahead of site activities.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or related discipline and 7+ years delivering large-scale construction projects, with EU eligibility.

Qualificações

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating design teams and managing design processes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate client, internal, and external design teams to keep development on programme.
• Lead design and engineering workshops to resolve technical issues ahead of site activities.
• Manage Technical Submittals, design queries, RFIs, and IFC drawing releases.
• Coordinate design changes through the change management process.
• Lead weekly Design & Engineering meetings and escalate key items.
• Ensure alignment with current designs, specifications, and technical requirements.
