Job summary

Fohntech Group seeks an experienced MEP Project Director to lead end-to-end delivery of MEP systems for hyperscale data centre projects, based in Finland with a rotation plan. You will oversee design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and vendors while ensuring Nordic regulations and Tier III/IV standards are met.

This role requires strong leadership, data centre experience, and a proven track record in complex projects in

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP delivery across design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Oversee critical systems (power, cooling, BMS/DCIM).
• Ensure compliance with Nordic regulations and Tier III/IV standards.
• Drive programme, cost, and risk management.
• Lead commissioning and client handover.
