Qualifications

• ETF servicing experience in operations, client service, fund accounting, or custody.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to investigate breaks and identify root causes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and deliver results within deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across distributed, global teams.
• Experience interacting with clients and managing expectations with professionalism and urgency.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to move initiatives forward in a cross-functional, matrixed operating environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ETF lifecycle processing from order placement through settlement of create and redeem activity
• Monitor incoming cash receipts related to ETF orders and investigate exceptions
• Manage incoming and outgoing collateral activity related to ETF orders
• Analyze and troubleshoot Portfolio Composition File activity and related operational issues
• Research and resolve client inquiries regarding trade and settlement activity within required timelines
• Build relationships with ETF clients, authorized participants, and external vendors to support smooth execution
• Partner closely with internal teams across client service, custody, fund accounting, and the broader ETF organization
• Drive efficiencies through process improvement, documentation, and control enhancements
• Support new business initiatives and onboarding of authorized participants, partnering with product and technology on delivery
