Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking an ETF Software Developer reporting to the ETF Platform Owner. You will contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of data quality and data delivery applications as part of an agile scrum team, delivering cutting-edge products in the financial domain.

The role supports ETF Servicing, enabling timely, reliable, and scalable delivery of critical financial data used in operations, reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Commercial software development, proficient in developing multi-tier solutions.
• Knowledgeable of commercial software development,
• Professional PL/SQL and Java development experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and debug ETF software enhancements and solutions within the business and technical problem domains
• Develop, test, debug, and implement software programs, applications and projects using cloud computing tools and other related software engineering languages
• Write unit and automation tests to ensure a high-quality end product
• Participate in code reviews
• Actively participate in the agile software development process by adhering to the scrum methodology including attending all daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Triage production issues by reviewing code and logs as needed and come up with solutions
