Job summary

The Panel is seeking an ETF Operations Manager to lead day-to-day client relationships and ensure seamless portal access and trading support for ETF clients.

Ideal candidates will have 5–6 years in Financial Services operations, strong fund accounting knowledge, and proven leadership and communication skills. This is a client-facing, operational role within a global bank context.

Qualifications

• 5/6 years working in Financial Services operations.
• Strong product knowledge of traditional funds and ETFs a bonus.
• Strong leadership qualities and interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills.
