Job summary

Global Bank is seeking an ETF Operations Manager in Dublin to lead a cohesive ETF service for clients and manage day-to-day relationships, including portal access and trading support.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus and deep knowledge of Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Custody within a financial services operations context.

Qualifications

• 5/6 years working in Financial Services operations.
• Strong knowledge of traditional funds and ETFs is advantageous.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Custody.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills.
• Service oriented and customer focused.
