Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Client Service Supervisor - ETF to manage day-to-day AP Services operations, interfacing with clients on queries and projects. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional client service, leveraging fund accounting knowledge and deep product understanding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting and financial products.

Responsibilities

• Provide filtering and escalation for client and authorised participant requests; serve as an escalation point for client service issues and deliverables.
• Establish appropriate contacts within client organisations and internal departments.
• Anticipate and identify clients' needs to match BBH products and services.
• Build credibility and foster trust with clients.
• Coordinate and follow up on client meetings and deliverables.
• Exhibit a sound understanding of BBH and industry products and services.
• Develop internal relationships to proactively aid in the resolution of client issues.
• Lead and participate in inter-departmental committees and project teams.
• Manage performance issues and disciplinary process for employees falling below set expectations.
• Complete and oversee the BBH annual performance review process.
