Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in Dublin seeks a Client Service Senior Representative for Fund Accounting to be the primary contact for clients and internal teams, delivering timely, accurate resolutions to inquiries and ensuring high service levels.

You will focus on Fund Accounting and Administration disciplines for assigned client relationships, coordinating with internal departments and third parties to prioritize requests and drive issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree preferably in business, finance, or accounting related concentration and/or equivalent work experience
  • 2 to 3 years of Industry experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and resolve client needs
  • Ability to learn and utilize new technologies to research, analyze, and resolve client needs
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline oriented environment
  • Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of various securities options, accounting standards and ongoing regulatory changes required
  • Strong ability to apply analytical skills to data, work flows, numeric information and problem solving

Responsibilities

  • Fund Accounting Client Service
  • Proactively respond to client inquiries on a daily basis
  • Provide filtering and escalation for client inquiries
  • Participate in scheduled client meetings as requested
  • Assist in activities that support the measurement of Client Service Standards across the various products BBH provides to our clients.
  • Work effectively with internal departments or third party providers to prioritize client requests, deliverables and issue resolution
  • Execute reviews of internal reporting for assigned client relationships and elevate issues which may impact client servicing to the Client Service Supervisor
  • Participate in team based project work and audits
  • Technology Management
  • Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to effectively manage client inquiries
  • Introduce and familiarize clients with new technology, automation tools and products
  • Risk and Control
  • Where required, monitor receipt of all client documentation (tax, Accounting Elections, KYC, account information, authorized signers, etc.) and analyze exposure of missing documentation to BBH/client.

Client Service Senior Representative - Fund Accounting

In this role you will serve as a primary contact for clients and internal operational teams. You will provide timely and accurate resolution of internal and client inquiries to ensure exceptional levels of client service are met. You will focus on the Fund Accounting and Administration disciplines and the applicable product offering for assigned client relationships
