Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a Client Service Senior Representative - Fund Accounting to act as a primary contact for clients and internal teams. You will provide timely and accurate resolution of inquiries to ensure exceptional client service and focus on fund accounting and administration for assigned client relationships.

The role requires a BS/BA in business or accounting and 2–3 years of industry experience, with strong communication, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business, finance or accounting preferred.
• 2–3 years of industry experience in client service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and resolve client needs efficiently.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and apply them to research and problem solving.
• Capable of working quickly and accurately under deadlines.
• Strong client relationship building and understanding of securities ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for clients and internal teams.
• Provide timely, accurate resolution of inquiries to ensure service standards.
• Support fund accounting and administration disciplines for assigned relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments and third parties to prioritize requests and deliverables.
• Assist in reviews of internal reporting and escalate issues to supervision.
