Responsibilities

• Identify and shape emerging market needs and opportunities for new ETF product development and ensure alignment with client needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, use cases and design proposals for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Systems, Technology and Change Management to plan, cost estimates and governance for projects.
• Act as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum teams to guide delivery and validate assumptions with business stakeholders.
• Support adoption, client engagement and roadmap updates by tracking success measures and client feedback.
