About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Estimator / Estimating Manager to lead the estimating function across their Irish operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, coordination and delivery of competitive, compliant and profitable tender submissions across rail, civil engineering, utilities and energy infrastructure projects. This role will play a critical part in securing future work, managing bidding risks and developing robust cost models that support sustainable business growth.

Working closely with Operations, Commercial, Procurement and Delivery teams, you will ensure all tenders are accurately priced, commercially robust and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
