Castle Leslie Estate seeks an experienced Accommodation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the accommodation team, ensuring top cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will bring previous supervisory hospitality experience, strong leadership and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends and holidays as required.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Mansioni

• Monitor standard of work, ensuring the highest quality through checking guest bedrooms and sign off for guest check in.
• Lead and direct the team of Accommodation Assistants.
• Ensure compliance with all H&S and HACCP regulations both internally and externally.
• Monitor the cleanliness of all public areas in the Estate.
• Liaise with the Maintenance department to ensure high hotel standards.
