Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Transcend Deployment Logistics Manager to lead logistics readiness and deployment planning for global ERP transformations. You will partner across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT to enable standardized logistics processes and successful go-lives.

The role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and deep logistics expertise to ensure business continuity during deployment across multiple regions and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain, engineering, business, information systems, logistics, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles and leadership.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, ERP deployment, operations or program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics deployment activities for Transcend program releases and site implementations.
• Coordinate with global process owners and deployment teams to execute deployment strategies.
• Drive readiness assessments and risk mitigation plans for logistics workstreams.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and standardized global solutions.
• Manage governance, risk, and KPI reporting for deployments.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Finance and IT across regions.
